Logging In

Troubleshooting: Common Issues
1. There may be duplicate emails for you in the system. Make sure
you are using the correct one.

Try using a different email that you may have used to sign up.

Try the “Forgot My Password” option on the login page. (Check spam folders if you do not see a password reset email.)
2. If none of your emails work and you have no confirmation emails
in your email (check your SPAM folder), a typo in your email
address may have caused your email to bounce.
If this is the case, no worries! We will reset your account for you and get you back on track.

Updating Your Information
​
You can update your information, including email preferences, billing information, and password, by logging into your account to access your customer settings.

After logging in, Click your Avatar at the top right.

Click “My Account” from the drop-down menu.

On the settings page click “My Wallet.”

Update information.

Cancel My Subscription
​You can cancel your subscription at any time.

After logging in, click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.

Then select “My Subscriptions” from the dropdown menu.

Click on “Active Subscriptions” and then “Cancel Subscription.”

Are You a Doctor?

No, I am not a doctor. (“Nor do I play one on TV.”) I have my BA in Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I also have studied extensively for the past 3.5 years on Alzheimer’s and Dementia. I learned so much, I want to help others learn what I have learned. I also have the Brain Health Certification from Amen Clinics.
